Totally. I use mine for open water swimming in the winter. The sherpa lining is super warm and it blocks the wind really well. Game changer for cold dips.

I got my regular size and it's super roomy. Like, definitely enough space to get changed comfortably without feeling restricted. No need to size up imo.

Yeah, they're designed to be a bit oversized so you can move around inside. I'd say stick with your normal large unless you're really wanting it like, super baggy.

I have both and honestly, the Gorilla Robe is just as good, if not better in some ways. Definitely feels like good quality, maybe even warmer than my Dryrobe. Plus, often better value.
